Abstract figurative sculpture holds my interest, utilizing the lost wax bronze casting method.  The human form holds such universal identification, complexity & mystery.  Personal relationships, self-portrait, or ancient archetypal mythology capture my fascination.  I search to capture the strength of the feminine mystic by creating an open structural illusion to imply volume and mass.  My sculptures range in scale from small to life-size and unique (one-of-a-kind) casts to limited editions of 7.  Edition copies allow me to keep the original 'Artist’s Proof' for my personal collection. This strategy has led to 2 retrospective exhibition invitations in 2015 & 2019, among an extensive list of solo and group shows listed under RESUME.  Over 450 works are now in private & corporate collections in 11 countries worldwide.

 

Currently, I am enlarging favorite pieces in cast bronze with the aid of laser scanner 3D printer technology.  And I have returned to fabricated steel works for large scale PUBLIC ART commissions and garden sculptures.
